Here are a few pictures to remind you of our day at Ralph Klein Park. Please comment on our field trip! Hope that you remember your favourite part of the day!
I liked our nature walk at RKP. I also liked the stations they where cool! We got to see Minos frozen under ice.We got to see spider eggs on the roof of RKP. Micah,Noelle ,Jasper and Qyrie dressed as the seasons.The best thing about the washrooms are the sounds because they make animal sounds.
The stations were very cool and the one I liked the most is the one that had the heart beating it showed how fast the animal heart was beating during hibernation.I wish that Cody was do the bug sketch.We talked about the season.We went on a nature and saw frozen fish under the ice .We asked Hedi why isn't the water running on the water fall.
Our class got to go to RKP we went on a nature walk. It was fun when Amish took Brooke"s hat to show us that an owl cant tern it"s head all the way around it can only tern it"s head only a few inchis.
When we were at R.K.P me and my friends got to dress up as the seasons we had some kind of necklace that had flowers,pumpkins,baby animals,grass and thats all I remember.I think the fish called Minnows in water were pretty cool! On our nature walk it looked so different from spring right?It was cold(Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.) We are going back in April Kapeesh? (say cupeesh.)
At RKP I learned a lot of stuff like owls cant really turn they re head all the way around and when a spider is having a baby they have this white raping around the egg .My favorite part was when we were sliding down the hill and when we played go to that corner .I liked our nature walks and when your telling us facts about animals .I had a lot of FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was in the fall corner. Did you like the minnows in the ice wasn't that cool Brooke and did you like the nature walk and we got to see the ravin wasn't that cool brooke!!!!!!
I liked it when we went on our nature walk at RKP. At RKP I notist that the beaver tree had little tiny buds.It was cool that we got to see a spider nest.It was funny that Amesh dressed up Micah Jasper Noelle and Qyrie by the seasons.It was cool that we saw a raven on top of a pole.
I loved when you used Brooke's hat as an owl.The tree that was cut down by a beaver was amazing because I didn't expect such a big creature at RKP. The frozen fish were very cool-I think the fish will not be happy about the bird's eating them.I IOVE RKP!
when we got on the big hill I thought it was a water fall . It was fun when we went on the nature walk. Did you know that owl's hunt mice. I had fun with our group and saw the wolf skin at our centre.
Daniel did you mean water slide did spot any thing except for chewed tree and what season were you you in when we were doing the season thing in Ralph Klein Park ?.Were you in Summer ,Spring ,Winter or Fall ? i am going to take a guess spring .Please tell me if i am right so tell me if you can
At RKP I learned that the beaver likes to eat wood to make it's tooth grow short so that they do not injure them self. Amish also used Brooke's hat for an owl .I LOVE RKP .And we went on our nature walk we saw a wood that has being eating by a beaver.
At RKP Amish used my owl hat to show us that owls can't turn their head all the way around. We saw little silver fish in the water called minnows.We leaned the four things that all living things need food water shelter and space.I LOVE RKP.
At RKP I loved it when Amish dressed us up as the seasons. I was Winter, Micah was Summer, Jasper was Spring and Qyrie was Fall. I wore a hat, mitts and a scarf. I liked it when Amish said Kapeesh! I loved seeing the frozen fish in the ice. They were called minnows.
At RKP my favourite thing was when we saw the frozen fish in the frozen water under the building. When it's Spring the frozen water will melt and the minnows will get eaten by the birds. It was cool! Thanks Amish!
I liked it when we saw the minnows frozen in the ice. There were lots of bubbles in the ice. I liked seeing the raven on top of the statue. It was big! I had lots of fun at RKP!!
I liked the minnows to did you know that owls can only turn there heads 3 quarters around and they can turn there heads more than humans .Did you love the nature walk I did
